Late 2026-2027 Transportation Request
Our school system offers limited bus service for students who live in the City of Cape Coral. The bus transportation provided is designed in accordance with Lee County transportation guidelines. Routes, pick-up and drop-off times, and locations will be developed prior to the start of school. Parents will receive notification of their student’s bus assignment when it becomes available. Students can only be assigned to one bus stop within our system at the address listed in Focus. You must complete a separate form for each child in your family that is requesting transportation.
Students must ride the bus at least 15 days per month to continue to have a seat or the student’s seat will be revoked due to high demand for student ridership. High School students can only have either a bus pass or a parking spot. You can't have both.
The deadline ended on June 17, 2026, to hopefully be guaranteed transportation for the first day of school. I assigned students in the order I receive the request form. Since you missed the deadline, there is no guarantee a bus will be available. The Transportation department will contact you when your bus has been assigned or if you're on the waiting list.
